FMAN and Friends

Over the course of the past week, members of the Animal Jam Google+ community have been receiving emails from two addresses, both labeled "FMAN Hacquer," fmanandfriends@outlook.com and fingmanandfriends@hotmail.com. These emails read "Back to hack" (or something to the equivalent) and are obvious hoaxes. If you receive a similar email, simply discard it. This is an Internet prank, likely created by inexperienced Jammers. Below is a screenshot of what these emails may look like. Click on the image for a larger size.

FMAN in Today's Videos

The threat of FMAN isn't the biggest of concerns among Jammers today, but FMAN continues to be mentioned in various Animal Jam videos on YouTube, no matter what the genre. The following is a list of newer Animal Jam videos featuring FMAN.
  • Types of Jammers - This informative and funny video by RainbowTheCatAJ features different kinds of Animal Jam players, including "the fake FMAN" - a common nonmember role.
  • Guintopia! | The Ghost of Scam! - This comedy video by Guintopia! mentions FMAN. His role in the video is as a non-appearing scammer who runs a fake amusement park.
  • Scammed - This video does not focus on FMAN, but a fake FMAN appears in the background of the video, chanting "Who wants the virus? Say I!"
  • FMAN is Back & Super Nice! - Jammers act how they would if they were in FMAN's den.

OMG! FMAN Nearly Got Me!

A video by Bouncy GummiBears, titled "OMG, FMAN Nearly Got Me," features a "close encounter" with FMAN, though it has been proven that this was staged. The video is included below for further reference, though it is not as important as possibly genuine FMAN videos.

Fsterman

Today, a Jammer named Jaiden93088 reported a "backup" account supposedly belonging to FMAN in a video. This has been disproved, as the account (under the name "Fsterman") has not been blocked by AJHQ and has not sent any virus Jam-A-Grams.

FMAN Sent Me a Jam-A-Gram

A video by MeexaLuvsBramblestar is titled "FMAN Sent Me a Jam-A-Gram." It shows the style of Jam-A-Gram that would be sent by FMAN. However, it is likely a hoax, as the video never shows any username from the Jam-A-Gram's sender, though the videographer claims that FMAN does not show his username on Jam-A-Grams. The video is featured below.

Animal Jam Storytime: How FMAN Came to Be

A new video by YouTube user ShoopDaWhoopBwaa AJ is entitled "Animal Jam Storytime: How FMAN Came to Be." This video, which is entirely fictional and does not concern the actual FMAN user, tells the tale of how FMAN possibly appeared in Animal Jam. It was posted to YouTube two days ago and has already received a negative critical reception do to its misleading title. As of now, the video has more dislikes than likes, but it is simply a made-up story. The video is available below.

Animal Jam Tribune Features FMAN!

An Animal Jam blog titled Animal Jam Tribune has posted about FMAN. The post is titled "FMAN is Back" and warns readers of an account known as "xxf1m1a1n1xx" (the word "FMAN" disguised). The writer seems to doubt that the "hack" comes from opening a gift sent by FMAN, though it is clear that AJ Tribune believes that FMAN is not a laughing matter. Click on this link to view the post, and thanks to AJ Tribune for helping keep Jammers alert of FMAN!
